Considering the international political situation and the increase of hate speech and hate crime against the LGBTIQ+ community – also in Luxembourg- and hence the increase of demand that our partner Cigale is facing on the field, the City of Luxembourg has decided to make a three-year convention with them, financing two new posts to help managing the LGBTIQ+  Safe Space center “Reeboustuff”– (Rainbow Living-room).

The two posts will support the association in their mission:

• To welcome the LGBTIQ+ community that comes to the center for psychological support, information and to talk
• To accompany the people that need support in different procedures (including people under international protection).
• Prepare and welcome the different groups of the community that meet at the center and the pedagogical activities that take place
• Logistical organization
• Support the LGBTIQ+ library management
